As I was trying to finish up, her phone started ringing a lot and it was the dope-boy. She was trying to get me to go outside to leave but I told her I did not want her dope-boy friends to see me either as someone mentioned. So the owner went out instead to get whatever. As I was leaving, the owner was coming back in and that's when I saw her. I thought the owner would be of Indian decent based on the name on the property, but I guess she might be renting from this person because she was a white, American girl.

I was at the light in IC and saw a WSW that I thought was Carrie heading to the laundry mat from the FD.
