If you get angry, or even insinuate any wrongdoing on their part, they act like it is the customer who is making trouble and I've actually seen them yell at a customer. One guy got so mad he hollered back like a drill sergeant and the two Korean bartendresses looked at each other, then backed-down, smiled, and gave him his money back.
"Doctor's appointment" at that time of night; that's the best she could think-up? She's in Kalihi; someday she will piss-off the wrong guy and be another story in the news, and really be under a doctor's care at that hour.
It's good that you called them on it, and I hope they lose a lot of business over this.
