Its a bad answer but probably always different CGLA is the biggest and busiest. They can at times choose to be more selective I would imagine. From reading posts some folks seems to get in pretty easily some have to go through the hoops. There is a lot of repeat (providers) out there.

Did you ever notice that you can't even really "see" the girl "right" until about the third session? Take a screen shot of it or print it out and then take a picture. In any event, it appears that getting into agencies nowadays has gotten very tough. Moreover, CGLA has the largest roster of kgirls available in LA / OC so they can afford to throw their weight around and be as strict and selective as they want.
