The Arrowhead to Sun City area seems to have a lot of places with that "flat rate" option. You won't get laid for that. Some of them have more American girls. From my experience FS, in those places will run you $$. Plan on 250 total, including door fee for that. Going further south around old town Glendale and the Phoenix / old town Glendale border, FS runs anywhere from 130-200 plus door fee.
