They have a loyalty program. After 10 visits you get one hour free.

Although Lisa is compelling and her technique is good (not great), I just can't see myself going back again, and I also don't know how they'll truly stay in business mid- to long-term. Unless there is a steady supply of new customers who don't know what I now know. That said, many of these businesses exist and stay open. Just my opinion. I think I can say the following with some smidgen of authority. Korean-owned / managed / operated AMPs are pretty much good bets, though as usual, YMMV. Chinese-owned / managed / operated places are simply not going to be customer-service oriented. Just my 2 yen.
