From what I can tell, CJ didn't have sexual intercourse with her and he didn't take any photographs of her "engaging in a prohibited sexual act or in the simulation of such an act". I'm not sure what photos you saw, but the ones posted here seem like simple nudes and not illegal photographs, even if she was under 18 or under 16 or whatever.

you have to read the definitons very carefully. the problem (if there is one) would be that it is illegal to photograph a person under 18 engaging in a "prohibited sexual act" and the definiton of a "prohibited sexual act" includes, "...lewd exhibition of the genitals or nudity if such nudity is depicted for the purpose of sexual stimulation or gratification of any person who might view such depiction..."

these are difficult standards. it is hard to know what will be determined to be lewd images or images of a minor (if she is) that are sexually gratifying to a person who might view them.

with child nudity (i.e. under 18) and today's climate, it is always better on err on the side of caution.

when it comes guessing the age to a possibly **** sw, "if you have to ask, you can't afford it."

although i support all of your picture taking abilities, whether i've found the girls attactive or not was never an issue. was just nice seeing the board active.

but posting pics that you may have beliefs of being an **** girl naked is something that can get the board shut down for all of us.

i could see a clothed pic stating to others to beware that this girl may be **** and wanted to inform others so;

(a) they wouldn't get in trouble by accidently picking her up
(b) not help contribute or cause any harm mental or otherwise to a minor

for the good of the board i suggest (and hope others agree) that you use the edit function to remove the pics. a warning msg with a clothed pic would do fine for most.

you need help here. if you have a lawyer, pastor, or buddy you feel comfortable with, you might want to reach out to them. discuss with them your excessive need for attention. it could hurt you in this case. you really don’t need to post those pictures. put them in your archives to show friends. but do not put them on an internet site.

the reason is that cops and da’s running for reelection occasionally look at this site. they see the green suv. they see the background street in your photos. they now know there is a teen out there who may be **** and prostituting herself. and they know nothing makes the voters more angry than a child being used sexually for an adult’s benefit.

if you’re so fond of writing disclaimers and so scared of prosecutors, then hear this: your isp can and will be subpoened for information about you if there is any whiff of your being involved. and ten nude photos, including the genitals, of a young girl of unknown age are more than a whiff...they’re a hurricane.

there are a few members on this board whose opinion i value. you are one of them.

after reading the comments posted concerning alexis's pictures, my first thought was to let the administration deal with it, so i used the, "report this post to a moderator," feature. however, after further consideration i am going to try to delete them myself.

on the streets, dealing in what we do, you can never be sure. when i think back, there are at least four other girls who pictures that i posted, that it would not surprise me if they turned out to be younger then stated. a little make-up, the right clothing and time on the street and most 17 year olds can be made to appear over 21. alexis is no different. i still believe she is 18.

why am i going to delete her pictures (if i can). like i told her about the cigarettes, i don't want to be a contributor to her down fall.

Yes we never do know who we are seeing on the streets, real age, real story or if anything they ever tell us is real at all. Here like on the streets we just have to use street smarts and our big head to stay safe and out of trouble.

i have deleted the worst of the pictures and replaced them with what i hope are less offensive pictures.

my deleting these pictures probably will make no difference in this girl’s life. still, i did what i could do. even if she is 18, she deserves a break. i do not regret posting the original pictures, they caused a nice discussion and may have gotten some of us to think.

the only thing worse than cookjar's experience would be finding out after you've undulged the girl in question is indeed ****.

I doubt you have much to worry about. The cops have to find the girl. Secondly the pictures don't prove you with her.

It just goes to show that it always pays to use some caution if you are unsure if the sw is legal or not.

you act as if it's your civic duty to photo and publicize every person who enters your car. it's not. even with the great acclaim you receive from photo gallery visitors, no one here is depending on you to put up a photo spread every week.

somehow, i think the issue of age and legality has gotten garbled.
as i said in my previous post (see post # 1256), the age of consent for sexual activity in pa is 16. the question of 18 or over comes up with regard to lewd or explict photography.
so if you are concerned about getting caught with an **** girl, it seems to me that 16 or over is the safety line.
but if you are concerned about photographing an **** girl, it seems to me that 18 or over is the safety line.
now, i am not a lawyer, but i'm sure there are some of you mongers out there who are and maybe you could weigh in on this.
but let's not loose focus of the real issue. paying for sex with a woman of any age is illegal. if they catch you doing it, they have one set of penalties, but if they catch you with a girl under 16, they lock you up and throw away the key.

What would you do? I won't/can't pass judgment on you CookyJar because when that moment comes. And it will for most of us in the hobby I cannot say with certainty that I would not have done her. 18 yrs old is young for sex work period even in strip clubs. Most women that are 18 will look younger but will act older ie: skills lack of shyness.
