Show your identification (required) and politely inform them that you decline to answer any questions or participate in a voluntary interview. If you are being detained, then request legal consultation. If not, then leave the vicinity calmly and carefully, but quickly. Do not agree to any searches or "securing" of your belongings. Pay attention to what the officer is saying and don't nod or agree to anything. Most LEO are trained in using conversational gambits that are designed to trick you into giving consent.

Having said that, most LEO are good guys. They are doing a tough job. They have bosses they have to answer to just like the rest of us.

She had adds on backpage for awhile. That's when I stopped going there. But last summer I got interested in seeing if she was still there. I drove by it was obviously not her any longer.
