Was in the Gashouse anyway last night. Decided to check out airline. It was a desert out there. Not a SW in sight. Took a lap around the L&L. Back down airline, nothing. SHELBY — Police say a restaurant owner moonlighting as a high-end escort was arrested in an undercover prostitution sting Thursday.
Elizabeth Anne Winter. 53, agreed to perform sex acts with an undercover Shelby Police Department detective for two hours at a price of $600, according to a magistrate's order. Winter owns the Winter House deli at 219 E. Marion St, where she worked with her mother for more than three decades.

She says she didn't break the law when she met an undercover police officer in a motel room.
I like the fact that she is standing up for herself and doing something about it, unfortunately most girls in thr business that get arrested can't or won't do this (probably not wanting to be in the public eye so to speak, same as if you or I were arrested we would probably do whatever was the quickest quietest and easiest way out) But hopefully they picked on the wrong girl this time, she is talking to her attorney about it I would love to see her take on Leo and put him in his place for once, then maybe they will quit picking on the poor working girls and go out and catch some real criminals.

Right ON! They posted enough info on her. If I lived in the area I would patronize her Deli as a show of support. As tight as all these state and local budgets are, you would think they wouldn't be wasting so much money on this sort of thing. What goes on behind closed doors between 2 consenting adults should be their own business, PERIOD! There are too many do gooders trying to tell everybody else how to live.

I just hope that in her haste to speak out in defense of her reputation in her hometown, she hasn't incriminated herself before even consulting with an attorney.

I posted in the other section that was discussing this, this might hurt her business. I don't believe the police have the right to release their names and especially all the personal info about them, UNTIL they have been convicted. We are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. I would like to see her beat this in court, then sue the police department for the damages and humilliation they have caused her.

Hence the UTR lady request.
