But his ability to describe the location is a little hard to follow. From sunset it's about 8 miles until you get to the end of boulder highway right by wagon wheel. Thats near where it turns into an on ramp to boulder, south on 11. I would be really surprised if girls were on that on ramp there's nothing down there. I get the feeling he is describing a different on ramp than the one I am looking for, but who knows LOL.
