It's amazing how many providers have reached out to me since RR has been down. I've been laying low and avoiding the GPS and high prices most of them are now trying to charge. Thankfully I travel a lot and can get quality service for $$ or less (when in South America) and have no problem telling providers around here no. 250+ for standard hh rub and HE is crazy in my opinion, so hopefully with RR down and providers reaching out they offer some reasonable specials to everyone.

I am thoroughly ignorant about technology so maybe what I say is crap. It is (as you said) something to consider.
