There are two ads saying they are working with LEO somehow I doubt it.
I have seen all good reports except some says her location is in a rough area. Others don't mention this. So is her incall safe?
Who's working with LE? Will you screen shot it or copy and paste a link?
I just seen what you're talking about. There's no way in hell a provider would post that if they were. They would be running specials half of their original donation to try to get as many john's as they can busted. Which = less trouble for them when it's all said and done. I once had a provider pull that shit on me. Texted me an offer half of the donation I previously seen her for, I declined then read about three days later on the forum. To me, it looks like another provider is trying to steal another's business. There must be a few providers working out to the same no-tell and one of them noticed all the traffic and is jealous.

I paid her a visit about a month ago and the neighbors, sitting on lawn chairs in the front yard, probably hurt their necks following me from my car to the front door. Chelsea is a good provider, though. I don't think I'll repeat on account of her weight. Maybe somewhere between curvy and bbw.

I would argue that neighbors in most neighborhoods would take notice of different men paying short visits to a woman's house. I have visited Chelsi's incall twice, and while yes, neighbors are about and surely not oblivious, I've personally experienced no vibes of disapproval or predation. They seem indifferent. I don't know anyone who lives on that street aside from Chelsi, so who cares? That said, my visits with her have been friendly and fun. There's no rush and she encourages you to get off as much as you can in your allotted time. The pictures in her ad are accurate. I'll likely visit again.
