So bottom line, I don't even bother with cities that have manicured lawns, I go for the weed infested areas with chain link fencing around yards.
just my two cents[/QUOTE]You're on track. The city is pretty straight. Cerritos even has parking restrictions in neighborhood. You cannot park your car on a residential street overnight unless you have a valid resident parking sticker that you must apply and pay for.
Cerritos is actually in the 562 area code so it's not in Orange County. It's more like the Long Beach area.
