I don't even waste my time with any provider that has an up charge menu. The only up charge to a menu should be greek. The best thing to know is up front what she allows in her menu and what she doesn't. I come right up front and ask from the start. The ones that up charge are just hustling more out of you like a strip club once they get you in they start working you over. I would just stay away from them and report them to the board. So we can all say away from them.
