I obviously am an out-of-towner, but I wonder if a "don't list" would be appropriate as well as a top five list. That way everyone could see, maybe in just a few spots who not to pick up or continue with? Just a thought? Rather than reading all the posts and trying to remember who had trouble or bad service from who. I realize some "different grading" on the services but I would think it would help everyone. It would certainly help an out-of-towner like myself.
