Plus just the public image in some cities such as Irvine, wants to have a squeaky clean image - "best places to live" and all that jazz.

Perhaps I'm oversimplifying, but other cites that don't have such a tax base, say a GG, will look the other way as some business is better than none.

So bottom line, I don't even bother with cities that have manicured lawns, I go for the weed infested areas with chain link fencing around yards.

Valley Blvd is like Westminster Blvd -- if there's a MP on Valley, they offer a full menu. And there's lot of places on Valley. Lots of other places in the area, too. And plenty of AAMPs.
