I personally have been able to go over to the college park city hall and pick up a permit to serve alcohol as if in a bar setting in my back yard for some of the parties that we have thrown. Mind you my extended family is mexican so yeah 20 cars parked on the grass and bottles till six am in the morning so you can't tell me this place couldn't get a license. It's not worth it. Being cheap that is. Especially with college park trying to keep the title as international gateway to the world.

I have never been and never will. Unless your're cruising for a dude I would avoid like the plague. There was once a nice neighborhood strip club next door, but it has been closed for a while.

Initially a male officer sat with her like any couple, but he would get up, leaving her alone. When he returned, she would point out men who allegedly performed illegal personal acts in view of her. Throughout the evening, they got 5 men. Each was approached by a male UC, escorted out the back door of the theater and loaded into an unmarked van parked behind the building. They were transported to DeKalb County jail to be processed and charged with Public Indecency / Indecent Exposure, which is a misdemeanor for the first 2 convictions, felony for number 3. It was all very quite, no commotion or drama inside the BHTT. They did not detain anyone who they did not observe violating the county ordinance.

LOE visits BHTT about 3 times each 24 months. They get 5 – 10 each time. It always starts discussion from people encouraging the theater to convert to private club with 'members' only status. But so far, that has not happened, nor has it been discussed openly by theater management.

As for non-LEO action, Friday and Saturday nights after 8pm and Sunday afternoons and sometimes Sunday evening are the best fishing times. Couples do visit and have fun other days and times, but it is certainly not a sure thing. Most weekdays and evenings it is the trolls and down-lows paying the rent and wearing out the seat covers.

It sounds to me like BHTT has a nice profitable, albeit not thriving, business that's been operating as such for years.
