Been out of the coffee game for a bit, recently visited 168 and was not disappointed. Talent there is great and very friendly as well. To my surprise there are a few girls who made the jump from Cafe Lu to 168, I think Alani is one of them.
Dances vary by girl but can be anywhere from 40-80. Wonder if any fellow coffee goers have gotten extras other than a dance. I'm sure anyone will budge for the right price but at that point I would rather hit an AMP, even though the girls may not be as hot.

I am glad that my post awhile back keeps being proven wrong. You might want to watch a couple of youtube videos about casual conversation, and figure out what works for you. Ideally, you want to ask them questions that are surface level, not too private, that allow them to talk about themselves. How long have they worked there, do they like the job, how do you deal with customers that do XYZ. A lot of the time, these girls are bored as hell and are asked the same 5 questions all day long, everyday, so try to mix it up. Make sure to bring cash and tip them if you have never talked to them before for sitting with you, or during their rounds. All the girls talk to each other, and if you are a terrible tipper, they will start avoiding you like the plague.
Lastly, try to be presentable and smell nice. Don't give them reasons to avoid sitting with you.
Some girls have no personality, and are just boring. These jobs usually require them to sit at a table with a customer for a set amount of time, so if you have tried to talk to them and they just respond with one word answers, pull out your phone and ignore them. That will at least prevent them from trying to sit with you again in the future.

I sometimes ask them do they like or hang out with their coworkers. Sometimes they will tell you some juicy gossip.
Also, I always try to see if they will meet OTC. So ask them things like if they work anywhere else, or if they ever meet their customers outside. A lot of them like EDM so that can be something to bond over.

If my memory is correct I believe one member of this forum posted that he met Elenna outside of the club but it cost him a fortune. I think he said something like 20 k but I'm not a 100 percent certain on that. The post was a while back. It's a book for business people but it is really a guide for flirting and scamming in disguise!
It teaches you how to get people to talk to you and like you by asking them questions about their favorite subject. Themselves!
