I have been passing by Lou's around 5 AM lately for business purposes and have seen 2 smoking BSW in traditional streetwalker garb. It seems kinda weird, they look out of place, but there doesn't seem to be LE around at all at that time, and they themselves look like the real deal. any one have any input?

I decided to let her go in and pay for the gas, rather then let her sit alone in my car. I wasn’t worried about her running because no other monies had been exchanged and she had left her things in my car. When she returned she handed me my change and asked me to do her a favor. She handed me some ones and asked me to go inside and buy her some cigarettes. She said that the attendant would not serve her and that she’d left her ID at home. I told her no, I would not contribute to her slowly killing herself (those are my true feelings; I believe everyone should be responsible for buying their own poisons). But, there was no denying it, now there were two of us, the clerk and I both thought she looked a bit too young.
As bad as I wanted to try that tight little pussy, to feel that fluffy body raising up and as tender as she looked; I passed. So sue me. I have a conscience.
That’s it. That is all the information I am willing to pass on about Alexis. She is out there. If you pick her up, what you do is up to you. I just told you what I did. Why am I posting her pictures? Because I believe, in my heart of hearts; she may be legal, that’s what she told me. I just was not willing to take the chance. I am posting her pictures so that you will be able to recognizes her if you see her out there. If one of the neighborhood pimps gets hold of her and dressed her in SW clothes, you might not be able to tell. I would suggest that you ask for ID or some proof of age.

They should be o.k. Anytime I see any bsw they are usually around there and
they usually have the "Huchy Mama" outfits on. I thing they come there after
they "walk" other areas (Camden,NPhilly)

i'm usually on cj's side in all his photo postings, but i have to admit, if my intuition told me that she was still a minor, i wouldn't post photos unless she showed me an ironclad id that said she wasn't. and we all probably know that ironclad ids are a just a dream. i think you might have messed up on this one cj.

well, he didn't post any sexual photos of her, just nudes which are legal to take even if she was 5 years old. well, i'm not positive it is legal to post them, but it is not "**** porn" for sure. and if she isn't 18, she isn't far from it, so no big deal fucking her (if you don't get caught).

Well done CJ, I have seen your Alexis out and she gave me the look but I didn't partake because I thought she looked rather young. When I saw her she was dressed a little different and to me me she looked suspiciously young. She was alone, and like someone said if some stupid pimp gets a hold of her she will look 22-24 overnight. Most of these girls don't carry ID or have lost it. So, you have to use your gut and refrain from even letting something like Alexis get in your car, because once something like her gets in your car and next you the little head takes over and you could do something you might regret.

My personal age limit is 18. No particular reason, I just believe there is enough older stuff out there. There were other reasons that I did not believe Alexis. Her story that her boyfriend had abandoned her with the baby seemed amateurish. She was to trusting, to at ease with an older man. I got the feeling that she was putting on airs/lying to a father figure. Most important, no one had shown her the SW ropes. She never asked about money. When we left the gas station I asked her if she needed anything. She said, “Blank dollars.” (I am not telling you dogs what she asked for.) Way, way to low a price. I am not a lawyer but a quick check of easily available internet source shows that the age of consent for sexual intercourse in Pennsylvania is 16.
"...a person commits a felony of the second degree when that person engages in sexual intercourse with a complainant under the age of 16 years and that person is four or more years older than the complainant and the complainant and the person are not married to each other." Title 18 Pa Criminal Statutes, Section 3122.1
BUT when it comes to nude photography, the age gets up to 18.
The relevant portions of Title 18 Pa Criminal Statutes, Section 6312 are here:

"(a) Definition.--As used in this section, "prohibited sexual act" means sexual intercourse as defined in section 3101 (relating to definitions), masturbation, sadism, masochism, bestiality, fellatio, cunnilingus, lewd exhibition of the genitals or nudity if such nudity is depicted for the purpose of sexual stimulation or gratification of any person who might view such depiction.
(b) ..... Any person who knowingly photographs, videotapes, depicts on computer or films a child under the age of 18 years engaging in a prohibited sexual act or in the simulation of such an act is guilty of a felony of the second degree.
(c) Dissemination of photographs, videotapes, computer depictions and films.--
(1) Any person who knowingly sells, distributes, delivers, disseminates, transfers, displays or exhibits to others, or who possesses for the purpose of sale, distribution, delivery, dissemination, transfer, display or exhibition to others, any book, magazine, pamphlet, slide, photograph, film, videotape, computer depiction or other material depicting a child under the age of 18 years engaging in a prohibited sexual act or in the simulation of such act commits an offense.
(2) A first offense under this subsection is a felony of the third degree, and a second or subsequent offense under this subsection is a felony of the second degree.
(d) Possession of child pornography.--
(1) Any person who knowingly possesses or controls any book, magazine, pamphlet, slide, photograph, film, videotape, computer depiction or other material depicting a child under the age of 18 years engaging in a prohibited sexual act or in the simulation of such act commits an offense.
......
(e.1) Mistake as to age.--Under subsection (b) only, it is no defense that the defendant did not know the age of the child. Neither a misrepresentation of age by the child nor a bona fide belief that the person is over the specified age shall be a defense.

NOTE: This is not necesarily comlete information, it is only what I found in one quick search. Other laws, including federal laws (such as relating to child pornography) may be involved.
My advice would be to delete those photos.

I was just thinking this morning, as I was reading about Google's purchase of YouTube, that the time had come for videos on this site.
