Had a rare morning (8 am -ish) stroll through Lake / Bloomington yesterday. There was actually a few out and a few I can tell were just waking up. Some of the regulars / usual on Lake and a few on Bloomington.

Lots of homeless people too. So don't bug them.

Got out too late it seems, around 2 am, and it was a ghost town, drove everywhere and nothing. Granted it was about 32 so didn't expect hordes of SW but to find not even the homeliest SW was a bit surprising.

What a complete bust for me this year was.

Last week or so has been pretty busy with action in the Lake st area, even saw a few on 31st. I had spotted one on 31st and was going to pull over but the guy right in front of me got the scoop. Saw another lady but had to run around the block and she had been picked up before I could get back. I think it will stay this what as long as it is not too cold.

It's been years since I've seen many posts about the area and never picked up any the few times I was over there there. Used to see arrest reports or the TC area papers refer to prostitution arrests in Frogtown and StP police used to publish photos of those arrested (not sure they do that anymore), Google is your friend.

Ok, it's not a unicorn sighting, but just seeing something, anything, out during the day was somewhat surprising that I actually found the need to pull out the camera. The blonde didn't look terrible though a bit on the BBW side (Lake and 17th), the BSW I could hear yelling at someone over a block a way, no fucking way in hell would I ever pick up a SW like her no matter how good she looked. BSW I just stay away from, just have had bad experiences with a few.

Both were on Eastern side of Lake St.

11 years ago, I was eating on a bench in front of a deli convenience store inside the MOA close to an entrance and a white man in his 30's passed by and with his shopping bag nudged on the knee one of two white girls sitting behind me on the same bench, talking together. After reading a lot of reports in several US cities, I believe mall walking (if still applicable nowadays) is a safer alternative. We all risk our lives mongering about sketchy neighborhoods.

That will discourage peeping toms. I want to share my technique which I use for decades. Nobody seems to apply it anywhere in America or Canada. I walk or bike past her and check her out. If I have no bad vibes, I allow her to walk to my car say parked less than a block away. There is less chance you will need to kick her out the car later. It is also easier to turn around quickly when on foot and check for LE presence. I agree that it is more time consuming but I am in no hurry. Another monger could pick her up in the mean time but I prefer to play it safe.

Anyone have any intel on Peytence aka Chelsea? I haven't seen or heard from her for quite some time.
