I find daytime street action can be had at the following locations:

Ny Ave/ W. Va Ave loop, around the NY ave ho-tels. I find alot of girls from downtown stay there at night, and around 12pm they start to emerge from the rooms, walking around the area, getting cigaretts and food, ect. Most will date if they see you. Some are already out of $$$ from the night before.

10th - 14th street, between M and Q

There is sparse action in these neighborhoods after noon.

I took off work early on friday (for my birthday present to myself) in hopes of missing the lunch crowd at Downtown.
