Everyone on my FB is someone I've met or known from somewhere in my life, so if it happened to me I would have said something like "I responded to an advertisement, and when I arrived it was a girl I used to work with 2 years ago" or something like that. I might know about 5 percent of the people in real life, the others are business contacts or customers.
