It's built on the same code a Chrome for compatibility, but is more privacy focused. You can open up a "private tab" which abandons all history when it's closed. You can also easily set those tabs to use Tor to bounce your data in a manner that is effectively untraceable.
By the way, in case anyone is still uncertain, she is alive. I no longer contact her because we seem to have compatibility issues. LOL.
