Apparently it costs $1 to post but then if they continue to repost within a few hours then it doesn't cost anything and it positions them at the top of the list. But if they wait too long they have to pay again to get to the top of the list which is why some girls will just state that they are available even when not posted. I think I understood her correctly but it's possible I didn't.
