Reverse image search for mobile
I too have found tineye to be lacking in reverse image lookups. I just started using an app called "Veracity" and it seems to be better. It uses Google Image Search as the backend engine. Here's the steps I take to use it:
1) with a BP ad, flip my phone to horizontal view. That's the only way I can hold a finger on image and get the 'save image' option to appear. Save a copy to your Photos.
2) open Veracity and choose 'Camera Roll' or 'Photo Library'. Select the image.
3) wait 3-4 seconds for results.
4) To scrub images from phone: delete image from Photos. Delete image from 'Deleted Image' folder.
If anyone has other suggestions for mobile phone image searching please post.
If the pics look too professional or they're all rated PG (likely stolen from a hot chicks Instagram account) that's usually automatic avoid to me unless good reviews. If pics are clearly taken in a cheap hotel that's usually a sign they're real lol!
Don't need these steps if you use google chrome.
