If you're on the page of the city you're interested in, just above and to the right of all the thread titles there's a "Search Thread" button. That's good for searching all the threads in that city at once. If you are on the page of a particular thread, the search button location is the same but it only searches that thread. Some guys say to use Cntrl-F if you're on a computer but my Kindle doesn't have a cntrl button. I'm sure there are other tips I'm not aware of.
