The photo spread was 2011. They crop the pic, save with a new file format or resolution, or add text / phone # over the image to fool the image search. Train your eye to recognize pro photography, pro models, pro lighting, pro makeup, pro editing / retouching. Once you've seen enough ads with horrible lighting for a cell phone selfie, you'll have a 6th sense over what are probably photos of real providers vs. Something swiped from the internet to get you to call / text.
The exception is that I've seen legit providers who either had a photographer-client or paid a photographer to give them more professional images that stand out in the crowd. It's less common but it does happen, especially for traveling escorts or girls working for agencies (or a handler / manager that's ballin' on another level).
