Although they aren't as clean and comfortable, you do it with cash and no I'd required. Your guests understand its a limited time rental and won't ask to stay on after you are done. If you really get desperate, you can try the Frenchman's place on Wilkens but it is just a very short stay room with no wash up options really. Also don't know if the bed bug infestation has been addressed.
