Not exactly true, Lu. I was stopped in Milwaukee a couple years back and harassed by a Latina Officer in the area of 16th & G. She took my info and I heard nothing for about three weeks, when a citation arrived in my mailbox for Solicitation of Prostitution. Luckily I retrieved the mail that day.

I went to municipal court and the smiling assistant city attorney turned sour when he called my name. Pre-trial conferences occur on-the-spot, with this prick informing me that if I plead guilty to Stalking there will be a $250 fine and all this will go away. You tell that they are harassing you to a good attorney and tell them they are causing you harm and that you want to sue them. There is lot of happy to sue lawyers out there that make there money that way. Make sure that they sue the city, and the officer who sign the citation.
