(b) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a police officer may testify as an offended party in an action regarding charges filed pursuant to this section.

(a) A misdemeanor of the second degree for a first violation, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.

(b) A misdemeanor of the first degree for a second violation, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.

I was out around 6PM or so and saw a shorter, not skinny but not fat, small titties, 20s or early 30s, long, dark straight haired girl walking on 34st around 9th ave N. It looked like she was wearing pajamas with long sleeves and pants. It was weird. Anyone know if she's legit?

Slow day in StP along 19, not much po-po but not many sw either. Apologies for the quality of the first pic (blond near Checkers). Second was a pair behind Hess. Dark hair sw was older and slightly frumpy.

Is I don't recognize any of the three you have pics of. I have noticed a few at the Hess that I have no idea who they are.

Seems the economy being so bad is bringing new ones out daily. Stay tuned.

That's not Michelle C. I have seen that girl in the photo out and about over the years, but I don't remember who she is. She used to hang with some other wsw, that I had sampled before, but I have never entered Saint Petes Gummiworld I or II. I think you get a discount with AAA, though.

Whomever she is I think with the little bit of crack ho weight she is carrying you might want to pass over her.

They don't get that skinny for no reason. I would say for as young as she is and no teeth she has been really heavy on the drugs to boot. Another reason to pass and find something for that is healthier.
