Saw Elena come into the bathroom with an old dude before so she give lap dance, but it was one of those dude that got sit down from many girls so he probably a regular. As far as the Dang area, I've been noticing them at the intersection near the Starbucks dealing with all those homeless encampments now.

Need to make their rounds and visit the shops so that the owners know that they could be inspected at anytime. It will likely quiet down and their presence will disappear in a week or so so that they can get back to their normal routine.
