Actually the city just beat the state to the punch. Ohio House passed a law in June 2021 making all massage illegal unless licensed by the state as a massage therapist. The bill is currently sitting in a Ohio Senate committee since February 2022. And yes they claim it is an attempt to further curtail the human trafficking problem in Ohio.

Businesses that offer massage services in Franklin will have to obtain a permit and verify that only licensed massage therapists are performing legitimate services starting July 20. This is interesting. A car taken at gunpoint Monday 10 PM at "North Main Street and East Fairview. " It means at Dollar General or a road nearby. It is right in the middle of our hobby hot zone. The store closes at 9, the parking lot of DG must be empty. One of the suspects is a female. I am excited she may be someone we know.
This is exactly way I will be leaving this hobby soon. I have too much to lose.
