Thanks and I too am in recovery. Been clean for 3 years and I did for my kids. There's a huge backstop to this but over all I made the decision to stop and take responsibility of my son because I knew there were possibilities that would endanger him and I just couldn't let that happen. Again, I appreciate your sympathy and congrats on the 12 years! Alcohol is one of the hardest.

To the love of my life 5 yrs! A wise man told me, Lydia would not have us sad and obsessing our loss. Instead, remember her fondly and the good times! Some of us are destined to pass on defeated and the guilt and remorse is just overwhelming? Perhaps the Great Spirut has mercy and relieves these sufferers of the fight? I don't know! I've lost many! 3 to 1 thru suicide! The depression that often follows recovery is real I know! So if a talk or just a ear to vent? Let me know brother. Alcohol is the worse no doubt. Quite a few times when I contacted a monger she asked for a picture and I have never complied for various reasons. One of those reasons is my question for you guys: Though I have turned off geo tags on my pics is there still a way for the monger to see the lat / long of where the picture was taken? Please be gentle with your responses because I am very much a dumb ass.

Thanks Vic. I do remember the good times and try to only think of that but it's too soon and there's some scores to settle and some closure to try to acquire nit just for me but for her parents and her other kids that were left behind. I'll be ok and so will my son. I live reading this section for sure because like some of these little spats that I've been reading the last few days are hilarious. I know many girls who do this work and some were good friends in my past like Naomi who moved to CO. I know both sides well and am glad I stepped back from it all especially now where most of them are out just to get some fatty. It makes me sad to see what's come to fruition.

Even then I want no attached information on my picture like my location or any of that stuff. There's a few semi-free apps both on the android play store and the iPhone store, I use one called Metapho and it supposedly removes all metadata from a picture (device it was taken, coordinates, lens info, etc.) which is better than just turning off geolocation.

By no means I'm an expert so I'm not sure how good it is but I have tried other free apps too that displays all the picture's metadata and they report it gone after processing.
