Wednesday, about 12:30 afternoon.

At bus stop, 18th St and VB, a young WSW with straight red hair wearing a heavy white jacket. A black guy was hanging around her. Later she was walking to the Jack in the Box at 16th by herself.

Same time, a WSW walking near 11th St. I've seen her before, probably 4-5 years ago. If I remember right from long ago, she lived on 7th St. She was very nice to talk to back then. Her body looked a little more used and she had on more makeup. I don't remember the rates or options from that long ago.

Sorry, nothing really to report. I didn't have time to sample either one. Just letting you guys know girls are out there.

but if you are not familiar with the Phx street scene, you might want to steer clear only because my understanding is it's mantadory 15 days in tent city/Buckeye Jail for solicitation first offenses. Might be hard to justify an extra 2 weeks in phoenix. Phx PD uses decoys, as does Mesa.

It's a cat and mouse game, and the cats have a lot of experience. If you decide to look and/or play, be VERY careful. Just an FYI.

With current changes in the law, charges for prostitution carry with them mandatory minimum jail sentences including:

First Offense: 15 days in jail
Second Offense: 30 days in jail
Third Offense: 60 days in jail
Fourth Offense: 180 days in jail

Is that Red Roof Inn the only place where girls hang out at? Are there any notels where girls tend to actually stay at around Van Buren or other areas?

I'm not familiar with the street scene out here, so I don't want to go hunting in in unfamiliar territory seems to be a recipe for disaster.

This is 100% correct and I had to find this out the hard way, I spent 15 days on work release when I got caught in the Mesa sting, remember guys do not say a word about a deal until she is in the car. A decoy will not get into your car

Between our Gov and that asshole Sheriff Joe everything they do is about making themselves look good. There has been studies that have shown that they have not actually done anything to reduce crime. It is a lesson that they learned from former Mayor Rudy Giuliani, that if you keep crime off the streets then people think the streets are safe when in fact crime could still be rampat throughout the city. The kicker is making people think the streets are safe.

Those that we have elected want the SW a thing of the past, and sad to say they may have gotten their wish. I personally think they are willing to accept the BP and CL scene as long as the SW scene goes away. Every once and while I will go out and cruise some of the old SW routes. Every time nada. Last time I picked up a SW was about nine months ago.

I completely agree with that and I tried to make the same point in my case. 15 days in jail for a totally victimless crime. Do you realize I could have been caught with meth or commited assault and if it was my first offense the worst thing that would have happened would be that I would get probabtion or they might suspend my sentence if I dont get into any more trouble. The justice system is flawed, to fill our already full jail cells for a minimum of 15 days with someone who commited an absolute victimless crime is absolutely unbelievable and it actually makes me sick to think about it. Lovely country we live in huh, so much for liberty and correct justice that we faught so hard for over 200 years ago

I am trying to stay away from all the "hot spots" cause' I am moving at the end of the month, to get the frig out of here [ Thank god for the hookers ] Anyways, did some strolling last week.
