Preach my Brother Preach, Can I get an Amen!
My man lays down the Commandments.
You're new, and because of your inexperience and eagerness, you got burned. A few rules you need to keep in mind.
1) Do not be afraid to walk away. If it's the girls in the pics you were expecting, walk away. If there's an upsell, walk away. If she suddenly remembers that it's her time of the month, walk away. If anything, anything at all, deviates from the plan, WALK AWAY.
2) Your money stays with you until the deed is done. It does not leave the room. You can show it, but under no circumstances does she get to keep it before the deed is done. She doesn't have to pay her driver first. She doesn't need to get something she forgot. She doesn't have to run home and pay the babysitter. No, she cannot meet you in the parking lot to get the money so she can pay for the room. The money does not leave your control until it is earned.
3) Bring your own supplies. It lessens the chance "no supplies" can be used as an excuse. It also ensures that you have one that fits right, and feels right.
4) I always insist, cell phones OFF. Not mute. OFF. If she says that she needs to keep it on just in case the babysitter calls / her mother is at the hospital / the school / etc. , walk away. Cell phones OFF. If she doesn't want to, take your money and walk away. Only those who are expecting a call to "unexpectedly" come through will insist on keeping the phone on.
5) Read #1 again.
6) Read #5 again.
7) Be showed, cleaned up, and washed up. It's only polite.
8) Be nice. Be polite. Even when you the situation is sketchy with a bait-and-switch or upsell, be polite. LEAVE, but be polite about it.
There are others, but for now, these will do.
