I've been Mongering for a long time, as well as love a great Thai massage from those great, cute, sexy, tanned Thai therapists. Almost 100% all legit. But this past year. I don't know what it is, maybe business is hard, or their realizing where the money is. But I've been getting some HE actions from several Thai places in CC. Places that I frequent for years and all legit. All of a sudden I've been getting some HE without even asking, because I'm thinking no way. But damnnnn, Surprise! Good thing I even had extra cash to give.

Unfortunately I can't disclose these places or therapists. It took a lot of time and money. So you fellow mongers just have to keep mongering.

It helps that I get "legit" massages every week and tip pretty decent. Sometime if I'm sore, I'll go twice a week. In between this I'll check out AMPs for the guarantee action.

It'll be an interesting day at Century Center today. The City & County will have inspectors in the building this morning checking a lot of the units that are rented. They are looking to see if units are being used for residences or businesses. They are hunting for additional revenue from property taxes and want to change classification from residence to commercial. I don't know where the city is getting all these inspectors, so there may be some brought in from other departments. I was called last week asking if I can let them in my units, I told them to contact my tenants directly. What a pain in the ass!.

Buka.[/QUOTE]Its the economy Bro, not as many mongers have the same disposable cash as pre 2008 and for any MT's reading this post if you haven't noticed the Competition is getting Fierce, its no different in any other business you have to fight for market share and if it takes dropping prices or offering better services then that's what it takes, in addition to this, many people are under the impression the economy is doing well because the Stock market is doing fairly ok and hasn't crashed yet, I do tons of market research and invest in various market segments and I'm telling you now the market is in for a big wakeup call shortly for those of you who don't follow it closely, so I would presume that much more services will be offered if they haven't been already to keep up with the competition.

All you MT's out their reading, if you have any Korean Bar girl buddies who are veterans, ask them what happened when the Vietnamese bars can into town and ask all bar girl ladies what happened when the AMP's started showing up 20 years ago, their business has consistently declined and lots either got into the AMP thing or switched careers.

Why are their red lights everywhere and massage tables?

I wonder how many owners don't know what their apartments are really being used for.

Can you imagine if you took a UV light to some of those rooms heheheh.

What about massage girls who do use the unit as their residence?

Tenants are required to be given 48 hours notice to access their apartment, and many of these women are street-smart quick-thinkers.
