After a bit, ads from the same account get "ghosted" meaning they don't show up in the results. Right now the gallery section where we usually search. So far they show up in sort by date (just text). So recently, providers started posting from multiple accounts, so you've probably noticed that multiple ads from the same provider. BP has also started ghosting those maybe based on analytics of ads contain very similar text and / or IP. Better to search for ads by date and on desktop there are link preview software that on hover over give you a view of what that link is. Upgraded ads get preferential treatment in results and galleries.

Everybody should know by now I am a sucker for the Asian persuasion.
