That's his general area because I see him at least every other day especially in the am On my way to work Pulling people over. Thanks to the brother OnFire2864, I was finally able to meet Dawn after a week of back and forth texting. Been out of the SW for who knows how many months (a year maybe? After running errands, happened to see obvious short shorts, slim WSW walking from Ellis towards Normandy.
