Was driving downtown just now when I noticed a way too cute panhandler on the corner of Lake Michigan Dr & Covell with a "God Bless. Anything helps" sign. Literally looks to be in her early 20's fresh out of college. I'll check later if my dashcam can produce an image but has anyone encountered this chick?

I think I saw the same chick panhandling the i96 exit at college this afternoon. I was literally just getting back from Panacea otherwise I would have tried to pick her up! Petite white spinner. Lotsa ladies out tonight. Seen about 4 or 5 WSW just on that little stretch of the D from Franklin to Hall. Also seen Mami around her usual spot near the bottle house. I had no intent of picking anyone up just decided to take the scenic route home. Nasty crash near Burton but other than that the LEO presence was non existent. I made a little bit of a comeback in the last 6 mths and I'm here to report I won't be returning anytime soon. Much like a read about in the escort thread, it's nothing but a whole bunch of scamming going on Division. The Wig-sy twins. Kristen and Tati. Both wear wigs, both look good enough to pick up (particularly Tati) and both will try and do anything to get your money without having to do anything but in different ways. Kristen is definitely the bigger con artist of the two by a mile while Tati will flat out. Tell you she hates what she has to do. To feed rhe habit. These two are out regularly day and night. I've also seen Tori often, she's on STG, never. Picked her up because she had a rep of setting guys up to get robbed. I'm sure there are instances where guys have had a date that worked out with any of the 3, but I'm pretty sure that's the exception out there.

That's what I usually go by. I look up if they have any charges other than working the streets.
If so, I'll leave them alone. It has to be something serious; like robbery. Any kind of theft charges make me believe its possible I can be a potential victim.

I spotted what might have been a new SW. She was walking down Division around 12 am. Walking south towards 28th st. At first, I thought she was just a citizen, but as I passed by her, she looked in my direction. She was maybe 5'5 black hair either white or Hispanic. Nice legs and ass.
