He recently moved from Wilmington to Charlotte. He used to complain how slim the pickins were back there, although I warned him that Charlotte is no monger's wonderland. After reading jj30's latest, I might have to take back my assertion that NOBODY accused "no black men" advertisers of racism earlier. What most of us said was that it was the lady's private choice to decline service to anyone for any reason that makes her uncomfortable, including aspects of their appearance. It's one thing to insist that a public business serve everyone regardless of race. It's quite another to insist that anyone must agree to have sex with all comers or else be labeled a racist.

A woman has a right to see who she wants and share her body with who she wants just like we have the right to see who we want. I think Curt and NCT are on the right track, my point of posting this was not to show "that the black girl was racist too" I didn't feel that way at all. My point was that for whatever reason many providers personal preference is to not see black guys. I thought maybe showing that it's not just the white providers doing this might show they ARE NOT racist but some seem to think it just means the black girl is and I quote "resorting to fascist, white supremacist, propaganda" I mean really?

I think we also went over this before but while I can pass for white, I am technically not Caucasian. In fact my father grew up in the south and when he brought my mother "back home" to NC from NY to visit family in the late 60's they still had to use the "colored" entrances / facilities in many places they went so trust me I know about racism. (Thankfully only from stories my family told me and I never had to deal with it personally)

As I think it was NCtransplant who said somethign about public places, I totally agree, if we were talking about a public place or service I would be on the opposite side of this, but since it's a person we are talking about and not an inanimate object / business, I have no problem with it.

The city has / had a few decent gals, but a lot that is on BP is ads run by scamming agencies (namely Cape Fear Escorts) that have a show up fee, and then the bargaining begins as soon as she gets in the door as to wanting more money for more services, etc. No doubt, I have run across some bargains over the years, but don't believe everything you see on BP.

A mixed child really had it rough back then too, which is a shame. I have worked with good and bad people from all backgrounds.
