We want to let mongers know where they'll be safe but don't want to make them unsafe by saying "arrest whoremongers here." Same with SWs; we want to point out where to find them but don't want a detailed roadmap that says "arrest SWs here."

I think the problem is that everyone knows in general where to find SWs but sometimes specifics are helpful. To both sides.

Same with LE warnings. By the time I posted about some potential undercover LEOs posing as SWs near PP, I am sure the operation had moved on. I like to share good info when I can but we all know that info generally has an expiration date.

We don't really tell LE anything new or that they don't know and that is often the same with mongers (except for some newbies) but sometimes the last little bit is just what's needed.

It's always a tough balance. I try to do my best to pass on what I can but also try to be just cryptic enough so that info isn't blatantly obvious. Don't want anyone in trouble.

But Joseleche is right, LE has been monitoring these boards for ages. It's one thing to tell your trusted buddies to reference you, but there are many eyes here, some on the opposite side as us.
