Went through the mugshots, hoping against hope that I wouldn't see my ATF. Nope, nope, no-- DAMN IT. Well, at least I now know they're not using fake names. Still, this blows big time. I was planning a trip up there in a couple weeks, too.

I can't speak to what goes on in places other than ERS, but as far as what I have observed over the past several years, I believe that the cops are going to have to lie to make a case. First, there are charges about violation of the Massage Licensing Act. To my knowledge, they have always been careful not to use the word massage, either in person or on their website. Second, they are pretty smart never to ask for money for anything. They do not remove their clothing. There is a protocol followed that I have always felt is pretty smart that avoids the typical quid pro quo required to prove prostitution. And if a massage ended with a handy (I said if because I don't know if that happens, everything I have ever written about this place has been made up and I assume everything I read was a lie to) that should not be considered in the same category as prostitution. It is unbelievable that in this country we can fine a constitutional right for two men to engage in anal sex, that homosexuals can marry, that men can call themselves women by putting on a dress and demand the right to use women's locker rooms and bath rooms, that women have the right to kill babies, but a man cannot have a biological need serviced in a manner that is safe, is ridiculous. These woman, with the help of the papers, now have their lives possible ruined, regardless of the outcome of what happens in court. Many of these woman are supporting minor children. I don't know how it is done but I would love to set up a go fund me page for the women for their legal fees. They need a good lawyer, not the typical hack who will just try to plead them out. Only if this is vigorously defended will the harassment stop. I know that they went through problems in 1999 and seemed to come out unscathed.
This was obviously a big operation. They say that they took computers, hard drives video. Let's hope the rumors about recording sessions was false. I can't believe that they would be that stupid. But who knows what phone numbers and names that have in their data base. This is another reason you should never use your real name or phone number. If you are contacted by LEO, of course you should say nothing. Do not deny being there, just do not talk to them. If they have something to arrest you on, they won't need to talk to you. The fact that they went in early in the day means that they already had their evidence. So presumably, they have had informants go in and they have been collecting data for awhile.
I became concerned when other establishments opened up in town. Just too much for a little town; gets the tongues wagging and puts pressure on officials.
Well this socks. On the good side they didn't get my girl Dawn. I've been going there for 10 years, and the last 4 or 5 only seeing her. I hope they reopen soon, Because I need more Dawn now damn it.
What a surprise! These two places have been in business for over 30 years and I have to admit I have been going to them for over 20 years. Always had a lot of fun stopping and visiting with the girls. It's a shame that two professional places like this are picked on by the law. Have never been to the two Asian places, but can't believe the prostitution charges for some of the girls at CLV and ERS. I recognized three of the girls in the mug shots. All three are sweethearts and should not have there lives ruined by this. They have small children and need to make a living. I hope the owners CLV and ERS can straighten this out and open up again soon.
To reiterate. Had a recent dream of having a close shave. It goes like this. My source I am citing is an attorney I conversed with recently. If contacted by 'people of some importance', "Don't talk to them!" hehe. They are not your friend. He stated after my burbling, "It is not an obstruction of justice to be quiet. You really do have a right to remain silent. " Do not have a nice conversation. Be blunt. "Don't talk to them!" State your correct name. If they can arrest you, they will with the evidence they already have. Bond out and than call your attorney. Don't make a statement, don't confess anything, and certainly do not admit guilt. I burbled some more. He finished our conversation kind of like my Dad when he used to be a little angry and frustrated with me, "I would bet 50/50 you'll talk to them. Prove me wrong. So what do you do? Don't! Talk! To Them!" Hanging up, I thought strangely of Bill the Cat, as he would say, "Achthppt!" Otherwords, be safe. Dream ends.
So I called yesterday to make an appointment for this weekend and the phone kept ringing. Oh this can't be happening they need to come back. If anyone gets any update please share. I'll also share if I hear something.

Anyway, I remember seeing the quoted post a week or so ago, as well as the follow ups to it, and thinking that something wasn't right. I think what you saw in HawksFan80's post was the last step in the 14 month investigation. I. e. , the choice of who to go after.

All of the TV station shave the mugshot pictures and names in their reports. Doesn't tell you which shop they are from, but you will get the idea.

They are here, they watch, they read and in many cases (myself included) we help them along. I think I am going to be a little more "cryptic" in what I write from now on.

The 'Moral Majority' types see it as their duty to make sure everyone lives to their standards, whether we want to or not. Personally, I wish they'd take their Bibles and pound them up their butts.

No rules were broken with her but she still didn't want me to which I respected. Her reasoning was not wanting any attention at all good or bad. I remembered coming across the above post & thinking wow. Can't help but notice the date on it. Just saying, I understand where she was coming from not wanting anything out there.

Thanks.[/QUOTE]I think this is the thing you watch for the retired guy is talking about. You do a back search and read all his posts and it all comes together and hits you like a brick. Trying to find out what girls will break the rules, nothing but questions, questions, questions and never a report. Don't know for sure but sure could be. Now I lay under the radar and don't report much for a reason, I don't want to expose the girls to a lot of scrutiny. After all they know they are under a lot of microscopes. But LEO is here, watch what you say cause they are reading it. I'm going to lay back in the lake country in Wisconsin, sit back and have a drink for a while and see how this all plays out, to the girls I hope it all works out, maybe it's nothing the rest of them are in trouble with so hopefully it will get back to normal after the smoke clears.
