P is not always just P. As you stated there is skanky P and non-VD P. While the $$$ is not always coralated to quality it is a good bet if her reviews are solid. Not every one is rolling in dough; but there is someone for everyone at each price point. You may just have to dig a little harder to find her. That's my 2 cents.

Very difficult to assess what you will get before you get it other than the 'so-called' solid reviews might give insight.
