With so many people losing their jobs and warmer weather coming, I have a feeling that you will see a big return to street action for sure. Many small businesses that are closed right now will not be able to open once things turn around. I heard expectations are that 40% of restaurants will not be able to reopen after this. Things will be better for us mongers here in 2020. It will be nice to see more street action again.

I am astonished to see newbies on some of the boards and with a phone call, I am learning that they were formerly working in the restaurant trades. They come with a number of built in advantages; lower mileage, less recreational drug use, and noticeably better bodies to boot. But you have to exhibit some patience and empathy because there is a certain amount of guilt as they ply their services. I'm as a good of an actor as they are so I play along with the theme so as long as I get to dump a load of cum down their throats, its all good.

STG and Megapersonals I am guessing, thought Tryst has a few newbies who are easily exploitable as well.
Not seeing a lot of updates this Spring, curious if anyone is out even looking? I've only been out once or twice in the last several months. Supposed to be super warm the next few days, hopefully some action is to be had for those able to get out.
Seems like a fair bit of construction going on around 35 W and Lake St itself making it a bit more difficult to navigate.

Beautiful weather out so I decided to go see if there's any SW out today. Saw a lot of construction around the area and 2 uglies that I wouldn't touch. Before I left I *may* have found another but she seemed TGTBT though I'm 100% sure she wasn't LE, just couldn't decipher is she was just a regular pedestrian or not. I followed her as she walked around several blocks, seemingly with no particular place to go as she had her headphones on. Tried parking close enough several times to get her to notice but to no avail. Either she's really new to this, or she was just a pedestrian out for a nice walk.
Anyway, hope someone else is having more success.

But that girl is not a street walker. From my visits to minneapolis, all I remember is how spread out it is and there really is no slum, other than the recent immigrants. Not a great place for street action I would assume.

Maybe not much lately, but in years prior I spent quite a bit of time surveying the Lake St stroll and there are real gems to be had. Sure it's possible she wasn't looking, but if you could have seen her path through the streets, it seemed very random. I've seen women just as pretty as this one on Lake, but this one wasn't making it obvious that she was working and I'm not one to go out shouting for her to get in.
Anyway, none of that matters now with the main riots (aka "protests") happening on Lake, it's got to be pretty dead right now.

Anyone take a trip down Lake recently during the day? Curious if there's any SW at all during the day down there after the riots. Thinking this summer is going to be another wasted effort.

Had a delivery to make down off of Portland and decided to swing through Lake area this afternoon. Pretty much a ghost town, not just of SW but even of your average pedestrian.
I think it may be time to call the Lake St 2020 patient dead at this point. Any one else find different? I did a recon around Bloomington and E 22nd St, saw maybe 2 NSW, the younger one looked slightly passable but not the other, any way not quite my thing so moved on.

I took a pass on Lake Street and it was busy. Lotta girls I had never seen before. There were someone who had a pimp, but steer clear of those women. Not a peep from uncle LEO. Not a one. It's been a different feel there after all the commotion with the riots. But it is far from a ghost town.

Based on RB's report that there was some success to be had our on the stroll, I decided to hop in my jalopy and take a gander. It was just as quiet as I remember it with even more streets blocked off for constructions, etc. In other words, dead as a fucking doornail, there's just so little foot traffic out there, stores closed or boarded up, it's really sad to see. I hope it picks up and I'm wrong, but it's going to be many months before anything is even remotely back to normal on Lake, it took a big F'n hit.
I did see this one gal who was whacked out of her mind on the corner of Lake and S 17th Ave. Not my type but would have been an interesting time to see what she would have done. She was quite busy talking to herself. I've only picked up one SW who was whacked out real bad, it was lackluster so not really interested in doing it again.
