The definition covers "recruiting or transporting" and "aim to profit" as long as it's illegal. That's it.
If you ship rare birds that are banned from export due to being endangered, you are trafficking birds. 100% no question about it. If the birds weren't endangered and thereby legal to export, no trafficking.

The / ADA / Police Chief all threw in some political buzz words to try and use the closing of the largest brothel in SD as a springboard for their own personal gain. Human trafficking was a popular term and it's always a topic of concern in SD since we are so close to the border. There are people (likely banned from these forums for being a shill) that lurk here and monitor rubmaps to stand up for the spas that they unfortunately are too emotionally invested in as a monger.
Recent example is Waples Spa.
Here is a portion of a review that someone left recently:

Even at the higher end of say $80 k, your take home after taxes is around $50 k-now you're dropping 20% on mongering at AMPs? Do these guys live at home with mommy?

Being threatened on line, or with the statement of "watching the video to find out who you are" will deter many from posting anything negative. A threat of watching the video, will definitely have the wrong effect on people like me. I'll avoid that place forever more knowing such assholes "work" for the establishment. Face facts, the illegal sex trade attracts some people from the lower echelons of our society, and as soon as they self identify, you know where to avoid. And when they post such threats in the open forum, everyone can see where to avoid.
But we need the bad reviews as much as the good ones. So protect your anonymity. Don't post on the same day, wait a week or two. Don't give too much detail in your posts, or describe anything that would help them figure out who you are. I suggest always paying in cash, so no credit card name is available. And if you use one phone, make sure the name that comes up is not your actual name. Yes, you can change this with your carrier, usually right on-line. With multiple accounts on RM and USA they're like a disease that just dog piles any negative reviews. Because of the way they react and post about these different girls and parlors I'm almost 100% sure they work for the owners.
