I will be in the area in a month or so and am curious about the bb scene here:
1. what is the kirkland girls people mentioning? Is it an agency or just girls with ads in kirkland from another site?

Just go to your local market in Lynnwood and pick up a newspaper and look through the classifieds. Google translate app is your best friend.

I've never had any interaction with him / her except maybe by email? If he's bad, maybe I should avoid this agency as well.
