Walking out of Wawa across from the Hoyal the other night around midnight, some fat woman comes waddling up to me, first asking if I speak English, then holding up a bus schedule and giving me some sob story about her car being broke down and having to get herself and her daughters to International Drive. On the subject of panhandling I'm from NC and we have our share of Panhandlers there. But I've got to say driving around Orlando and all the other cities within reach I have never seen so many PH in my life.
