I understand and I agree completely. The problem is that Terra Sancta is mentally sick individual who needs psychiatric treatment, and as a result of his mental and emotional problems, he takes a perverted interest in coming onto public forums and stirring up trouble.
However, given that the USASG is a free forum, I can never completely ban a mentally disturbed individual if his psychosis compels him to continue registering new usernames to continue his anti-social behavior.
In short, the sicko must want to leave the forum all on his own, and the best way to accomplish this is for ALL OF YOU to continuously report his posts that exhibit questionable behavior via the "Report this post to a Moderator" link at the bottom left of every report.

I had to take an earlier flight today and has 90 minutes to monger. During my last encounter with Lori (the one off Brunswick) I noticed she has one "hole" on her right breast and a very small lesion on her left. I asked her about the lesion on the left one, and she said her cat scratched her. The 'hole" looks like a depression in the skin, with no signs of infection.
The more I see this girl, the more I like her. She always seem to be shower fresh. She is always smiling. I have seen her over 10 times already, and she is OK. I also noticed a lesion next to her small toe -- forgot which foot, but I assumed it is from walking.
Last thing someone needs to ask her how she got arrested. I posted the story as told by one of her friends. LE typically throw few charges for the DA to sort through. I am glad things have returned to normal :)

It was an understandable mistake by AACountyman. I also believed them to be the same person. They appeared on the baltimore board almost at the same time. They were both extremely combative (Sh*t Bag had quite a few posts deleted by Jackson - per forum rules he should have been banned for exceeding the limit), and both were placed on my ignore list at the same time :). In fact the only reason I don't now is because of your post, and I consider information you post to be trustworthy. Neither one is coming off ignore though :)

Just a definition for those who do not know the depth of the prostitution business, DORMITORY refers to a house in the process of being demised, so in the transition it is occupied by one of 2 forms of low lives, the first is PROSTITUTES, the second is ADDICTS.
A dormitory occupied by prostitutes is turned instantly into a brothel with 4-8 women share each room. Places like this sometimes lack running water or electricity. Many such rooms do not even have doors, so the occupants are asked to clear the room, and a blanket is used to cover the door, for a lovely encounter with a date with oozing sores.
Crack houses are not much better, but are typically vacated and thugs enter through broken windows.

It appears that the Baltimore Police and the community are doing a coherent effort in shattering the prostitution in the Wilkens-Washington area. Here are the 3 phases of the process.
Phase-I Start by arresting known SWs and frequent Johns by setting up stings.
Phase-II Start stopping vehicles which pickup prostitutes. Run the names of Johns and SWs in computer system for arrest warrants.
Phase-III Exercise laws designed to curb prostitution by prosecuting persons who trespass, loiter, signal known prostitutes, etc. Yes, there are "unexercised" laws! Also, nervous Johns often commit traffic violations. Checking their insurance and registration does not hurt either. And yeah, run their names.
