Like Kap mentioned, "Amy" must be Emi as she is the only one out there who is/looks close to a japanese national SW. There has been a lot of discussion about her going back probably 2 years in the DT section. If you're downtown, don't limit yourself to N. Kukui. S. Kukui between Nuuanu and Pali Hwy is very active. Also, anywhere along Maunakea, Pauahi and the block of Nuuanu between Kukui and Vineyard.

Personally, I would add the section of Pali Highway/Fort Street that is between the entrance to the Safeway/Longs parking lot and South Kukui Street; the section of River Street that is between North Kukui Street and North Vineyard Boulevard; the section of River Street that is between North Pauahi Street and North Beretania Street; the section of Aala Street that is between North Kukui Street and North Beretania Street; the section of Smith Street that is between North Hotel Street and North Beretania Street; the section of Nuuanu Avenue that is between Kukui Street and King Street; and the section of North Beretania Street that is between Nuuanu Avenue and Aala Street. (Also, if walking, the section of North Hotel Street that is between Nuuanu Avenue and Maunakea Street, and the Chinese Cultural Plaza between North Beretania Street and North Kukui Street.) Although the pickings in those additional areas may be slim, from time to time I've found providers in all of those areas.

Checked out the track late last night/early this morning. Didn't see any providers anywhere. I thought I saw Reina/Emi's pimp's car parked on Pali but they were no where around. In that type of situation, if there's a car close behind me I circle around the block and drive by the potential provider again. If I'm still unsure about whether she's a provider, I drive by slowly, smile, and try to make eye contact. If she's interested, she will usually do something to indicate her interest (which could include maintaining eye contact, smiling, waving, or saying something friendly).

So if you don't see anything that interests you after cruising around downtown (including all of the streets that Tadhook and I mentioned before), then maybe take a break and get a meal at Zippy's, do some shopping at Safeway and Longs, or have a workout at 24 Hour Fitness, etc. If you return to the streets later that night you might find a different situation.

Your advice will help me get more for the. 09 I spend in gas to get down there. Besides, a lot of times I just like to observe the downtown scene. And I definitely appreciate Zippy's Chili.

I agree. I would also suggest not constantly driving around the blocks. This will raise flags to any LE patroling. Also, citizens do notice the same car circling, regardless of what hour you do your mongering. Some of these high condos have security guards and they do look at traffic in the area. The best thing to do is drive a bit, then when things are slowdown, pick a heavily SW traffic area and pull over to the side and wait to see who gets dropped off where and who hangs with who. Street-watching can actually be fun (lots of other crimes happen in the area .. drug dealers are so stupid). Bottom line is: no mongering can be done in a timetable. It takes patience - be like me: listen to 830am to Coast to Coast for entertain to pass the time.

In Waipahu, the girls will either hang out at the bus stop in front of Suzies or along the side street facing Suzies. Odd they wouldnt be out at midnight. The last few times I drove by I saw about 5 or 6 of them.

Was zooming around downtown today when I saw what I THOUGHT was a model quality girl at a busstop. Was sure she wouldn't be there when I came back 15 minutes later but she was. When she got up and I saw her out of the shade, not so great. Haggard, very skinny Indian/West Asian girl. She reminded me of this somewhat crazy, somewhat drugged out Indian type girl from the old Club Rose who went by Jasmine. Any 411s on this or any other "busstop girls? ". Which are the best? By description and or name?

I took Kapalua's and The P Hunter's advice and discreetly hung around downtown. The pickings were very slim, but over the course of a few hours I saw numerous providers, more than half of them female.

The first possible provider I saw was a tall, pale brunette with short hair wearing a white top and daisy dukes in front of the Zippy's on Maunakea St. Her demeanor instantly convinced me that she was LE so I passed her up.

Additionally, I saw the skinny blonde lady again, this time loitering on the Makai-Diamond Head corner of N Kukui St and Maunakea St, and by her actions I confirmed that she was a provider. I also saw a very skinny dirty-looking brunette with bruises on her legs walking briskly Ewa-bound on the Makai side of N Kukui St by College Walk.

But one of the best sights of the night was a short latina, loitering near the Borthwick Mortuary on Maunakea St, wearing a sexy skirt which revealed her nice butt. I parked near her and waited for her to approach my vehicle. She walked curiously toward me but when I smiled at her she turned away. She may have thought I was LE.

As I was heading out I saw choke providers out of the corner of my eye chilling on the Mauka-Ewa corner of S Kukui St and Fort Street Mall. Seven girls, and all of them hot. But since we all know those Longs Drugs girls think they're still in Waikiki, I passed and headed for H-1 West. I did however see a grungy-looking, semi-curly haired brunette wearing daisy dukes walking on that corner.

Finally, to conclude my night, I drove through Waipahu but unfortunately didn't find anything.

For those out-of-state mongers who are not familiar with Hawaii, the City and County of Honolulu covers the entire island of Oahu. That might clear up some of the confusion.

That is the opinion of some forum members, and that was previously my own opinion. However, as reported in my prior posts in the "Downtown" thread, this year I've enjoyed several providers from that area. So personally, I don't automatically avoid providers in that area. Of course, careful selection of a provider is especially necessary in that area.
