Izumi and Asuka both allowed face. Mari was with mask (she's advertised as "no face" but this was the solution we had).
Izumi actually turned up the lights when I paid for video, it's a good idea. Way better results. So with Mari and Asuka I asked to turn on the light and they did. No problems recording at all. I actually did Izumi twice and was worth it.
