It seems like all of your posts have been requests for information for different cities, but you don't seem to ever have posted even one review.

Yes, people have a better chance of getting their questions answered if they contribute something to the community at some point. If they really have seen some providers, then why haven't they posted any reviews or comments?

I'm glad that you liked the report. It only takes a few minutes to give some detailed information and not be lazy, like some of the reviewers on here are. The information can be invaluable to other hobbyists, so I always try to err on the side of too much information rather than not enough.
But .8 was the rate she quoted on Quest so no haggling was necessary for that price.
